Self-Evaluation Component Questionnaire
Questionnaire for component-level self-evaluations by federal
agencies. The information sought in this questionnaire must be entered on a
separate web site created by the Department of Justice for intake of this information.
Completing the Component Questionnaire, which is critical to an agency's self-evaluation,
requires completion of the following accessibility checklists:
- for Information/Transaction Machines, such as ATM's, electronic
building directories, etc.
IT Equipment Accessibility Checklist
for other electronic and information technology equipment,
such as computer printers, facsimile machines, etc.
