Mission HandiNet is dedicated to advancing the issues of the disability community, especially that of Virginia, through grass-roots activism, public education, and advocacy. Activities HandiNet embraces its mission through a range of online activities, based on the fundamental belief that the final goal of our community is full inclusion and personal self-determination.
